JENNINE BLUNDELL Honorary Member
Jennine is an experienced leader in driving and effecting change strategies that balance sustainable organisational growth and social outcomes. Having held board, executive and consulting positions in both the commercial and not for profit sectors, much of her ‘free’ time is dedicated to volunteering and providing pro bono services to social change organisations like Shared Path.
Jennine currently runs her own consulting firm in implementing transformational change programs and specialises in governance, strategic thinking, strategy development, business plan implementation and in developing social change programs.
Working alongside boards, CEO’s and leadership teams in government, human services, education, philanthropic and community housing sectors, she is an authentic leader who has a genuine desire to make a difference to people’s lives, in particular with young people and Aboriginal Australians.
She has postgraduate qualifications, with a Masters in Community and Non Profit Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jennine is also a board member of WorkVentures (a social enterprise), a Fellow in the UTS Business School and the UTS Cosmopolitan Civil Societies Research Centre where she is researching the sustainability of social enterprises over the long-term.
