ROSLYN MORGAN Director
Roslyn has spent over 30 years working in senior management within the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Consulting, Insurance, Retail Industries and the Social sector.
Her experience spans all aspects of strategic Human Resources Management with significant expertise in the areas of organisational design, change management, performance management, training and development and compensation and benefit programs. She is also an accredited mediator.
She has post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources Management, Change Management, Business and Adult Education. She has also completed a Masters Indigenous Studies at University New South Wales.
Roslyn has her own consultancy and spends a considerable amount of time working in the not-for-profit sector in particular with Indigenous organisations. She was on the Board of the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) for five years, and is currently on Board of the Funding Network (an Australian non-profit organisation which is part of a global network that hosts live collective-giving events for social enterprises). She has held Board positions on the Royal Hospital for Women Foundation, and the Morgan and Banks Foundation.
Roslyn lives in Sydney is married with 5 children, loves cycling, yoga and Pilates.
